sunday smoothie: one of my standbys (with chocolate!)

This is one of the first smoothies I learned to make, and I still make it all the time, with minor variations. I usually use unsweetened almond milk for the liquid, but you can add anything you can dream up! I love hemp seeds in here, but you could sub flax or chia, or leave ’em out (but I think they add a nice fillingness).
