I turned to my mom, and before I said anything, she said, “I’m going to do that.” She heard the same first part of the voice— but not the second. Oh, mom. You get it. You can do it.
What’s your relationship with running like these days? Mine has been really chill this past year— I haven’t been training for something, I haven’t been chasing a goal, or running fast (not that I was ever fast). The last race I ran was a 10k in January of 2018 (!?). But I’ve been out there.
